Payment Processing
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis

  • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₹) unless otherwise stated
  • Taxes may apply based on your location
Automatic Renewal
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before billing
  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • You retain access to premium features until period ends
  • Account automatically reverts to free plan after cancellation
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
Refund Policy

We Are NOT Liable For:
  • Academic failures or poor grades
  • University admission rejections
  • Career or job-related outcomes
  • Financial losses from decisions
  • Time wasted due to service issues
  • Emotional distress or frustration
  • Third-party service failures

Maximum Liability Limited To:
Free Users:

₹0 (Zero liability for free services)

Premium Users:

Amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

Maximum Cap:

₹10,000 regardless of subscription level

Exceptions to Limitation:

These limitations do not apply to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us
  • Gross negligence or willful misconduct
  • Violations of consumer protection laws where limitations are prohibited
  • Statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law

10. Account Termination

Account Termination Rights

Both you and KnowledgeHub Nigeria have the right to terminate your account under certain circumstances. Here's what you need to know about the termination process.

User-Initiated Termination

You can terminate your account anytime by:

  • Using the account deletion option in settings
  • Contacting customer support
  • Sending an email to accounts@knowledgehub.com.ng
What Happens:
  • Immediate loss of access to premium features
  • Account data scheduled for deletion within 30 days
  • Subscription cancellation (no refund for current period)
  • Option to download your data before deletion
Platform-Initiated Termination

We may terminate your account for:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Breach of Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Non-payment of premium subscriptions
  • Abuse of platform resources
Our Process:
  • Warning notification (when possible)
  • Opportunity to appeal or correct
  • Final termination notice
  • Data retention as required by law
After Account Termination:
